Ongoing Freelance Design Work

$45/hr

Strong branding and marketing experience, and the ability to pick up extant brand stewardship and develop creative new messaging, are required for this work. There is opportunity for regular flexible hours. This is a part time hourly freelance position.

I value a creative, collaborative environment with open communication and independent self-directed work flow.

Commensurate Experience Goals:

• 7 years min. / 12+ preferred professional work in modern B2C & B2B graphic design, with respect for talent at all levels of experience

• Agency workflow experience extremely helpful

• Packaging / Labeling experience required

• Print design - brochures, sell sheets, point-of-sale

• Digital marketing & social media experience helpful

• Aesthetic adaptability for varied impactful brand expressions

• Production processing experience to hand clean files to printers

• High level of attention to detail and accuracy for consistency across multiple SKUs within family product lines

All work is done in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Other software knowledge is helpful but these require top tier skill and experience.

We make regular use of PDFs, Drop Box, Google Documents, etc.

This is a remote work position. We arrange as-needed Zoom or other conference communication between internal team members.
